If you are looking for a boom for precision spraying, the SilverGlider boom is for you. The boom is designed and constructed with the precision farming of the future in mind and offers optimal placement of plant protection, with the latest technology and 1 m sections. SilverGlider is constructed from lightweight aluminum and designed to be very rigid and lightweight. The boom works individually, both above and below the horizontal – and in hilly terrain, its low weight makes a big difference. The boom is available in a 2-fold and a 4-fold version from 24-36 m. The RTC boom control allows for up to 9 sensors to ensure optimal height above the crop, even in very hilly terrain and under difficult conditions.

ConCorde 4 has a 4,000-liter tank, giving it a capacity of over 130 ha in one fill. A comparable conventional sprayer must hold approx. 20,000 liters of water to have the same capacity – this makes ConCorde 4 perhaps the largest single-axle sprayer on the market. The ConCorde 4 has wheel steering on the rear axle, which ensures precise tracking and a very stable boom. The sprayer is constructed with a sprung drawbar and optimal suspension on the rear axle. The sprayer comes with 2 m high wheels with a large tread surface and a ground clearance of approx. 1 m. The 400-liter clean water tank is located at the front of the sprayer – together with the very light SilverGlider boom, this ensures good weight transfer to the rear axle of the tractor, even when the sprayer is empty. The water in the clean water tank is, of course, heated, which ensures very effective cleaning of the main tank.

If you are looking for a compact sprayer that is versatile and extremely lightweight, the AirBoss sprayer is for you. The lift-mounted sprayer with a capacity equivalent to a 5,000 l conventional sprayer and a range of 30 ha per fill, even though it only holds 1,000 l, means that AirBoss can beat most conventional trailed sprayers in terms of capacity. If you need a little extra capacity, you can purchase a FlexTank and get up to 60 ha more. The sprayer is compact, easy to use, and low maintenance, and comes with booms up to 24 m – 2 folded. The sprayer is equipped with hot water for automatic washing and boom control with fixed geometry, ISOBUS GPS interface, and much more.

The autonomous era has really taken off in recent years. SpitFire is the latest sprayer in Danfoil's product range. SpitFire is a 3 m sprayer designed for autonomous robots and for efficient band spraying or wide spraying. With a nozzle spacing of only 12.5 cm, you can save up to 80% on plant protection by activating the band spraying function on the sprayer in row crops. The sprayer's capacity is up to 8 ha per filling for wide spraying and up to 40 ha for band spraying.

AirForce 1 is a self-propelled sprayer equipped with Danfoil technology. The base machine is manufactured by Mazzotti, which is owned by John Deere. The machine is equipped with a 300 HP John Deere engine and the cab can be equipped with OEM John Deere auto-steering and third-party auto-steering. 220 ha in one fill makes it the largest self-propelled sprayer in the world. This corresponds to a 33,000-liter conventional sprayer, but the required capacity for the AirForce 1 is only 6,600 liters. The machine is a pleasure to drive and comes with a host of features, including adjustable track width and high ground clearance, and much more.

FlexTank is the only boomless sprayer produced by Danfoil. This makes it perfect for dual-line sprayer applications, as it functions as an independent sprayer. It can also be used for band sprayers. The 1,500 or 1,900 l FlexTank is equipped with automatic priming of the liquid line, automatic wash programs, ISOBUS GPS for section control, and much more. It is a versatile tool that has a wide range of applications, e.g. seed dressing on potato planters, but can also be used as a regular front tank for extra capacity. Other examples of FlexTank applications include sowing, where it can spray soil treatment products at the same time as sowing. Application of liquid fertilizer on seed drills, row seed drills, corn and beet seed drills, and grub sowing of rapeseed.

Danfoil has over 20 years of experience with injection systems, which provide great flexibility in spraying tasks, as the injection system continuously mixes the plant protection product with water from the main tank. This means that a whole day's spraying work can be carried out without having to return to change the plant protection product and time-consuming cleaning of the main tank. The injection system can be equipped with up to 5 dosing pumps. The dosage of water and plant protection can be adjusted continuously during spraying and independently of each other. The entire system is controlled by a user-friendly display located in the tractor cab. The plant protection product is stored in shock-proof 28 l or 100 l containers, with or without agitation. Since water and plant protection products are first mixed in the boom, waste in the form of residual amounts in the water tank and spray system is avoided. In addition, the system is equipped with an automatic cleaning system with a separate soap tank, so that the sprayer can easily and quickly continue to the next spraying task.
